Due to the nature of the individually hand crafted products, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. Ureth's manufacturing process is a true labor of love and an art form! Subtle variations are to be expected.

Every order is packed in house, transported to the post office and shipped one by one. Fulfilling orders is a considerably time consuming process. We ask that you are patient while we prepare your order and we appreciate your understanding.

Tracking numbers are usually sent within 24 hours of shipment to the email provided on the order, unless a "custom" order is placed. That is a 2-3 week production/shipping process for tracking.

Order Cancellation: Once placed, orders are processed and prepared for shipment. We encourage a smooth transaction, but we know things happen! If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the items are shipped, the orders cannot be canceled.
